Formulation: EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate) – Concentrated emulsifiable form
Uses: Specially effective against caterpillars, leaf rollers, diamondback moths, brown planthoppers, leaf miners, stem borers, red mites, stink bugs, thrips, mealybugs, rice caseworms, and more.
Applicable crops: Rice, orange, tangerine, pomelo, vegetables, industrial crops, etc.
300 – 500 ml/ha
Or 10 – 20 ml per 16–25 L sprayer (depending on the commercial product).
When early instar larvae (1st–2nd instar) first appear.
Spray early when detecting larvae moving, feeding, leaf-rolling, or sucking.
Spray thoroughly to wet both sides of the leaves, stems, and leaf sheaths.
Avoid spraying during strong sunlight or strong wind.
Water volume: 400 – 600 L/ha.
Wear full protective equipment.
Do not allow the pesticide to contaminate water sources.
Pre-harvest interval: 7 – 10 days (depending on product label).
Quinalphos: 235 g/L
Lambda-cyhalothrin: 15 g/L
Quinalphos: Organophosphate group
Lambda-cyhalothrin: Synthetic pyrethroid group
EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate): deep penetration – good adhesion – fast action.
Effectively controls many insect pests such as:
Leaf rollers
Stem borers
Thrips, brown planthoppers
Green caterpillars, loopers, armyworms
Stink bugs, aphids
Leaf-feeding pests on vegetables, industrial crops, fruit trees
Quinalphos: strong contact and stomach poison activity.
Lambda-cyhalothrin: rapid knockdown, strong repellence, good rainfastness.
→ The combination provides fast – strong – broad – long-lasting pest control.
Lambda-cyhalothrin delivers a quick “knock-down” effect within minutes.
Quinalphos penetrates deep into leaf tissues → kills larvae inside leaves, sheaths, and fruits.
Effective against:
Chewing insects (diamondback moth, stem borers, armyworms…)
Sucking insects (brown planthoppers, thrips, aphids, stink bugs)
Reduces spray frequency and saves costs.
Maintains effectiveness even under light rain after spraying.
Disrupts nerve signal transmission in insects.
Causes paralysis → larvae stop feeding → die quickly.
Acts through contact, stomach poison, and systemic penetration.
Keeps Na⁺ channels open continuously → excessive nerve stimulation.
Causes convulsions – paralysis – rapid death.
Strong repellent effect, forcing insects off the leaves.
Quinalphos: kills hidden larvae + provides long residual control.
Lambda-cyhalothrin: rapid knockdown of active larvae.
→ Delivers superior performance compared to using each ingredient alone.

Alpha Agrochem provides several recommendations when using Glufosinate 150 g/L:
Mix the product with clean water.
